Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy: All Orders Once Placed on website cannot be cancelled or applied for Refund. Our products are fresh and checked well by our quality team before shipping the product. Every product is quality checked before shipping.

Refund Policy

1) Refund is only possible if 360Global is not able to supply the product.

2) Orders Once paid on the website are Non-Refundable and cannot be cancelled

3) We do not take products back and Hence all products purchased on our website are fresh New and its neve been sold to someone before. 

4) Any Product which returns due to Buyer not accepting the Delivery / Buyer not Available will not be entitled for Refund. Additional two way shipping cost will be levied extra to re-ship the product. Product will be shipped again when re-shipping cost is paid

5) For any kind of Claim/Dispute, Customer has to inform us in writing on email within 24 hours of recieving the shipment. Unboxing Single video of the product would be required right from sealed shipment to opening it in 1 single video.

6) If Return is accepted subject to approval and point number 5 condition above met clearly, Buyer has to ship back product to 360Global at this own Cost.

7) Refund will only be issued if Product shipped back is sealed and in brand new condition. Any Open product or sealed borken or box open is not eligible for refund.
