           360Global Gadgets is a property owned by 360Global Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company that incorporates under the laws of India.
Your use of the Website and services and tools should adhere to the following T&Cs as applicable to the Website. This includes the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, you should comply with the policies applicable on our website for such transactions. By mere use of our website, you shall be contracting with 360Global and these terms and conditions. That includes the policies that constitute your binding obligations, with 360Global.
For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person. He must agree to become a buyer on the Website by providing personal information. Registering on the website using the internet, 360Global allows him to make purchases.

The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean 360Global prospect or verified buyers. You use any of the services provided by us through the Website. This includes but not limited to Product Reviews and Product Purchases. You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service. They shall incorporate into these terms and be considered as part and parcel of these Terms of Use.

Price, Specifications, and Terms of Offers are subject to change without notice. 360Global is not responsible for typographical and/or photographic errors. Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty. 360Global does not offer any technical support or sales advice.


Warranty:
Only New items: All products sold on 360Global are Brand New as described by the manufacturer. 360Global will NOT sell Used/Refurbished items anywhere throughout the site unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.


Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased at 360Global will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. As a result, 360Global will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 6-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Although 360Global does not guarantee the same day-shipping we shall strive to do so wherever possible. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sundays and holidays.

4. All items sold through 360Global are sold in an “as-is” condition i.e., as per manufacturer packing, etc. The quality and performance of the product are dependent on the manufacturer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer shall get the product repaired/serviced by the manufacturer service center or third party repairer. The buyer shall bear the cost of shipping the product

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Our products are brand new and checked well by our quality team before shipping the product. Every shipment has to pass satisfactory quality check by our operations team before ship out to customer.


Return Eligibility Conditions:


1)      Claim of Defective Item should be made by email within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.


2)      Any Item Lost while shipping shall be replaced by us.


3)      Refund processed in 3 to 4 working days.


Note: For any kind of return Claim, Customer has to inform us in writing on email within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Unboxing Single video of the product would be required right from sealed shipment to opening of shipment with product in one single video.




Once Return is approved, buyer has to ship the item back to us with Original Box & all Accessories


Shipping Policy


1)      We ship the product within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Once confirmed,


2)      What is the estimated delivery time? The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the product page.  Usually its 1 to 3 days depending on the location.


3)      How will the delivery be done? We send al packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, FedEx, Delhivery, etc.


4)      What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octopi etc.)? There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay!


5)      How do I track my shipment? Tracking Number would be updated on your order once products is shipped. Login to your account on our website to check tracking details


6)      What pin codes do you ship to? Cover Almost Entire India, 37,000 Pin codes are deliverable
